Find out a little about the Bowman and Krieger Attorneys. We
currently have four practicing attorneys. |
Donald H. Bowman,
Partner
Donald H. Bowman was born and raised in
Shelton, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of
Nebraska-Lincoln (B.S., 1964) and the University of Nebraska College
of Law (J.D., 1966). While in law school, Mr. Bowman served as the
Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review, and was published in
the Review.
Mr. Bowman was admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1966. His primary areas
of practice include: estate planning, real estate matters, and
general civil litigation.
Mr. Bowman is married and has six children and 15 grandchildren. Mr.
Bowman also serves as the President of Board of Directors of
City
Impact,
a non-profit organization, mentoring at-risk
youth in Lincoln.
Mark J. Krieger,
Partner

Mark J. Krieger was born and raised in Mason
City, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
(Bachelor Journalism, 1983) and the University of Nebraska College
of Law (J.D., 1986).
Mr. Krieger was admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1986 and has been
practicing with Mr. Bowman since that time. He engages in extensive
civil trial work and specializes in the areas of divorce, personal
injury, and corporate litigation. He
is a member of the
Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys
and the
American Trial Lawyers Association.
He is a member of the Family Law section of
the Nebraska State Bar Association and has written and lectured for
family law seminars in Nebraska. He has tried jury cases in Nebraska
involving medical malpractice, contract disputes, automobile,
bicycle and motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death actions.
Mr. Krieger is married to Terri Weeks Krieger
and has two children, Grant and
Katherine. In his spare time, he coaches soccer for the YMCA Lincoln
Spirit Club Tornados, a U-18 premier soccer team.
Chad L. Bowman,
Partner
Chad
L. Bowman was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated from the
University of Nebraska–Lincoln (B.S. in Business Administration with
highest distinction, 1994) and the University of Nebraska College of
Law (J.D., with high distinction, 1999). He is also a member of the
Order of the Coif.
Mr. Bowman was admitted to the Nebraska bar
in 1999. His primary areas of practice include: estate planning,
probate, family law, real estate, business law, and civil
litigation.
Mr. Bowman is married to Wendy J. Bowman and has two children, Caleb
and Jake. He has been an active volunteer for eight years with
City Impact,
a non-profit organization committed to
mentoring at-risk youth in Lincoln.
Terri M. Weeks,
Partner

Terri M. Weeks was born and raised in
Lincoln, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of
Nebraska-Lincoln (Bachelor Criminal Justice, 1983) and the
University of Nebraska College of Law (J.D., 1986).
Ms. Weeks was admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1986 and started her
career as a Deputy County Attorney in Saunders County, Nebraska, and
as an associate at Edstrom, Lindahl and Wagner in Wahoo. Ms. Weeks
then joined the staff of the Nebraska Attorney General’s office
where she was an Assistant Attorney General for twelve years. In
2000 she became a member of Boucher Law Firm in Lincoln until May of
2004, when she joined Bowman and Krieger.
Ms. Weeks engages in extensive civil trial work and specializes in
the areas of employment law, civil rights, personal injury and
family law. She has tried numerous jury trials in the United States
District Court for the District of Nebraska. She has also
represented clients in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals as well
as the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Weeks is married and has two children, Katherine and Grant. In
her spare time, she is the Team Manager for the
LSC
Tornados, a premier soccer team. She is a member of
the YMCA Lincoln Spirit Soccer Board.
Kristina Teague

Kristina Teague was born and raised in New
Bremen, Ohio. She
graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati
with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and with a Teaching Certification in
2003. Ms. Teague spent a
year teaching Art before returning to school to receive her Juris
Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2007.
Ms. Teague was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2007 and the Nebraska Bar
in 2008. Ms. Teague
primarily practices in Civil Litigation and Family Law and is an
active member of both the Nebraska Bar Association and the Ohio Bar
Association.
During law school, Ms. Teague served on the Moot Court Board, was a
Moot Court Team Member, a competitor in the INTA Trademark
Competition in Atlanta, Georgia, and was the highest ranking student
in Civil Trial Practice, Negotiation and Mediation, and Legal
Writing - Appellate Advocacy.
Ms. Teague previously served as a judicial extern at the United
States District for the Southern District of Ohio for Federal
Magistrate Timothy S. Hogan.
Ms. Teague also spent nearly two years serving as a law clerk for
the Honorable Anthony Capizzi at the Montgomery County Court of
Common Pleas, Juvenile Division.
