When a family member dies, people often have questions about the probate (the distribution of that person’s assets and payment of debts) of their estate.  The attorneys at Bowman & Krieger can answer those questions and walk with you through this transitional process.

We will work with you to prepare and file an inventory of the assets of the estate or trust, pay all final debts and taxes of the deceased, and oversee the orderly distribution of assets in accordance with the terms of the will, Nebraska intestate law or trust.
